"The U.S. House of Representatives on Wednesday overwhelmingly approved a bill saying that anyone offering an open Wi-Fi connection to the public must report illegal images including "obscene" cartoons and drawings--or face fines of up to $300,000."

The panel discusses how can we protect ourselves and our Wi-Fi connection? Is this bill being used to try and shut down free Wi-Fi? What steps have to be taken to keep free Wi-Fi safe? A bill like this makes it possible to frame someone that you don't like for this crime.
